Our regularly scheduled times for Post meetings is the 2nd Wednesday of each month. We begin our meetings at 7 PM, weather permitting. Our location is the basement of the Community Protestant Church locate on the corner of Prairie and Hawley Avenues. There is plenty of parking, so don't use that for an excuse for not coming. If you are eligible and would like to join our Post, you are welcome to walk in and join us for the meeting. Just bring a copy of your DD214 to show eligibility and you'll soon be part of the oldest veteran fraternal organization in the United States. We hope to see you.

I want our members to know that our monthly meeting time is still the second Wednesday of the month. However, the meeting for August was rescheduled for next week, August 20th. The church had events for every night this week and asked us if we could re-schedule our regular meeting time. We will resume our regular meeting times next month in September. Thanks for your understanding.

VFW Post 7191 is still active and always willing to talk to new members. If you are new to the area or just want to talk to other veterans (no obligation to join, of course, the post commander loves to spin a good yarn) just drop us a line!
